Just breathe... 

It is so easy to say but hard to do... It's so natural for us to just go, go, and go some more. This year, I want to challenge us to just breathe. Live in the moments and take it all in. Life is so precious and can change within a blink of an eye. Live but every once in a while, pause, and breathe... 

The sleeve on this sweatshirt is just a little note on the inside that says "you have spent enough time at war with yourself" How about that???? A whole little post-it note on your sleeve as a reminder to not sweat the small stuff and to keep going. We can be so hard on ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.
