Shipping & Returns

Please allow up to 30 Business days for your custom garment orders to ship.

Refunds or Exchanges are not accepted under any condition. Please make sure you have the proper measurements in the comments at check out. Designs By Estell is not responsible for any garments not fitting correctly if it is the measurements that you provided. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. 

Consultations which requires a $25 fee, can be booked through the contact form.

Business Hours: 10:00-4:00pm Monday- Friday. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours.

Designs By Estell reserves the right to refuse any services.
